Very clean bed in single room with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a laptop safe...

Loved every detail during my 3, night stay at Hotel Santafe Inn. the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. My single room was equipped with a mini, bar, a flat, screen TV with cable channels, and a laptop, size safe. the breakfast provided was satisfactory and included in the stay. the hotel's location is unbeatable and excellent, with free parking available for guests.

The hotel was clean, there were helpful staff and satisfactory breakfasts. It was in an absolutely perfect location just close to Gruta Del Socavon. The area was nice, a superb base for me. Liked my stay, had a fairly nice experience.

the room was big with a good bathroom. the location was excellent - ease of access to market. and i enjoyed that it was adjacent to the town center, the saturday markets and otavalo.

This place is conveniently close to the bus terminal, Plaza de Ponchos, and the bus station, making it easy to get around; the staff here are incredibly friendly and kind, and being just a short walk away from the market was ideal for us.

The room is really spacious and has a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and microwave, and it's conveniently close to a bus stop.

The staff were very amiable and fairly friendly. the location was unbeatable, not very far from Amauta.

We had a great stay at Santafe Inn! the location was excellent, within walking distance of the bus terminal and Plaza de Ponchos. the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable with lovely wooden furniture. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making a vegan breakfast for us. the wifi worked well and there was a nice restaurant next door for breakfast. the rooftop had a great view and there was a cozy room with hammocks and tables to relax in. a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at Santafe Inn for three nights during my trip to Otavalo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure to accommodate our vegan breakfast requests. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station and the bustling Otavalo market. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the good wifi connection throughout our stay. Additionally, the upper terrace provided a beautiful view for mountain and stargazing.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. the room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere for our escape. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance and easy access to local attractions. the value for money was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor issues that could have been improved. we were not informed in advance about a change in our reservation, but thankfully it didn't affect our stay too much.
